Mould and damp are prevalent problems facing many landlords, especially at this time of year. About Your Host: Stuart Hallworth
I started in property in 1989, first doing a property degree at university, then qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor, eventually specialising in surveying residential property, which I’ve now been doing for over 25 years.
I’m also an experienced landlord with my own property portfolio which has comprised single lets, HMO’s lease options and refurbishment flips.
I run a course based on photographic images collected from 25 years active survey practice.
