The surveyor will discuss the different levels of survey with you at the outset. This enables you to understand which is best for the property you are buying and how much you need to know.
Once the survey inspection has been completed, the surveyor will provide feedback on the telephone so you can ask questions about the property and be better prepared for the written report when it follows through.
The survey report will be set out in a logical format and worded to be ‘as helpful as possible’, free of technical jargon.
Once you have received the report, unlimited telephone support is available to you, should you need it.
