"Stuart undertook a RICS Level 2 survey for me. He was exceptionally professional from the outset, he contacted the Estate Agent to arranged the date / time of the survey and kept me informed of any developments.
On the day of the survey Stuart contacted me in the morning to say that he was on his way and immediately after the survey Stuart contacted me to provide a verbal overview of his findings. The survey was extremely thorough, Stuart definitely has a keen eye and leaves no stone unturned.

Stuart provided a free, detailed consultation, thoroughly explaining the different levels of homeowners reports, as well as suggesting which survey would be more appropriate for our needs.
The survey itself was completed within 48 hours.
On the evening of the survey, we then received an indepth telephone conversation to discuss the findings, provide advice where appropriate and to explain the timeline moving forward.
